The Citrix Workspace app (previously Citrix Receiver) is the gateway to the Drake Hosted environment and must be installed on each computer that will be accessing Drake Hosted. The following article refers to the process on a Mac OS. See Related Links below for the steps on a Windows computer. Recommend extracting the app from the package and not using the rest of the garbage they install in your system. Previous versions of Citrix client products have made a mess of the system, not worth the risk. A point of interest: this app is no longer available in the Apple Mac App store.
